In her current role, she is passionate about ensuring AddsUp delivers high quality, results focused outcomes for all - clients and, importantly, AddsUp staff all operating within a supportive and healthy environment.
Barbara has 25 years of oil industry experience located in several countries mainly leading large business turnaround projects. Prior to resigning from Shell she established a highly effective team of 650 finance professionals undertaking complex finance processes for Shell globally.
She is a Certified Accountant, holds MSc in Transpersonal Psychology and trained in various change methodologies.
Salama Amer
Salama Amer is a serial entrepreneur based in the UAE and one of the co-founders of Adds Up Consultancy LLC , with 20+ years of diversified experience in different industries like aviation, hospitality and real estate.
Experienced in strategy and planning, project management, franchise management, business intelligence and revenue optimization. Salama holds a bachelor degree in Applied Science (BASc), Business Information Technology and a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Durai Raj
Durai is one of the Co-founders of Adds Up Consultancy LLC.
In his current role, Durai steers the Back office operations based in Chennai, India. He also leads Commercial and Operational leadership and drives operational excellence and face for all client engagements.
Durai worked for Fortune companies such as GE, Oracle and Shell. In his career he has served diversified roles including Transition, Lean Sigma Black Belt and Global Service Delivery Lead.
Durai is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Management Accountant from ICMAI and Certified Lean Sigma Black Belt professional from Six Sigma Academy.
